Return Process:

  • Free pickup arranged for eligible returns
  • Items must be in original packaging when possible
  • We recommend recording unboxing videos for faster claim processing
  • Replacement or refund processed within 3-5 business days after verification
Refund Method:

  • Refunds processed to original payment method
  • Bank transfers: 3-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallet: 1-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days (as per bank processing)
Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after 48-hour window
  • Products without original packaging (unless defective)
